The Lazy Ninja team is planning events throughout the year to motivate and inspire you to stay in shape. Among these events are hikes, healthy BBQs and potlucks, and workshops with speakers. If you can’t make it, don’t worry – we’ll be doing several of each event throughout the year, every first Sunday of the month.
The goal of these events is to create a community of people who all want to lead healthier lives, to help each other succeed in just that.
These events are casual! Even if your friends aren’t looking to lose 33 pounds, invite them along for something fun and free to do on a Sunday.
