The typically small-framed Asian guy that is Jeff Orig stands today at 5’9″ and 152 pounds, which is 33 pounds less than he was just nine months before. He had tried several different diets, but it wasn’t until he applied the simple tips that he later put in the Lazy Ninja’s Guide that he went from a pants size 36 to 30.
Jeff was moderately athletic in high school, but became lazier in college—sitting around, watching TV, and drinking a lot of beer. After college, he was too busy with his career to squeeze in time for the gym. Jeff found himself at his heaviest at 195 pounds.
When Jeff set out to lose some weight, he would’ve been satisfied with shedding a mere five pounds. However, once he noticed the changes that were working were so simple, he kept going. Nine months later he found himself 33 pounds lighter and in much better shape.
Though Jeff is just a normal guy, his story is worth sharing because of that. If normal-guy Jeff can do it, so can you. He admits that he still is probably not in the greatest shape he could be in, but he is in significantly better shape than he was 33 pounds ago. He hopes the things he shares in the Lazy Ninja Guide helps and inspires you to become a healthier you.
